How Can You Get Involved?
Youth Engagement & Leadership: Got a passion for helping our young ones? Join us in supporting Arabana youth. From knowledge sharing to language workshops, we’re building the next generation of leaders. We’re excited to teach and share our culture, language, and history with the younger crew so they can walk strong and proud in their heritage.
Knowledge & Language Sharing: Arabana Wangka (language) - Want to share what you know? Our language workshops and cultural sharing sessions are a great way to get involved. We’re all about passing on the wisdom from our Elders and making sure our language stays alive and strong. Come join us to keep our stories and songs going for years to come.
Heritage Officer (Surveying and Environmental Monitoring): If you’re passionate about looking after Arabana Country, then the role of Heritage Officer might be for you. You’ll help monitor and care for our Country, heritage sites, and environmental spaces. From protecting sacred sites to tracking and preserving our natural resources, it’s all about caring for Country and ensuring it’s here for future generations.
